Palworld Guides - World Tree Preparation Checklist

Palworld Guides - World Tree Preparation Checklist helps players use a practical checklist for preparing teams, mounts, resources, Awakening plans, database checks, and base support before committing to the World Tree route in Palworld 1.0.

World Tree preparation checklist for Palworld

Why the World Tree Matters in 1.0

The World Tree is now a real progression destination rather than a distant landmark. In 1.0 it becomes central to the story route, tied to one of the game's hardest challenges, and connected to Awakening resources found in the newly opened mystical area.

World Tree Readiness Checklist

  • Story and tower progress: Recheck main missions, tower boss history, and any reset or auto-completed mission states after updating to 1.0.
  • Combat team: Bring a balanced Pal team with damage coverage, durability, mobility, and at least one reliable answer to unexpected enemy pressure.
  • Mount route: Use a mount that can survive long approach routes and awkward terrain. Keep a backup movement option if your main mount is defeated.
  • Gear and repairs: Carry repair materials, food, healing items, ammo, and backup weapons. Equipment and crafting progression were rebalanced, so check current item needs first.
  • Base support: Stockpile materials before leaving. Long World Tree attempts are easier when your base can keep producing food, ammo inputs, medicine, and replacement gear.
  • Awakening plan: Radiant Gems from the World Tree are used to awaken favorite Pals, so decide which Pals are worth investing in before spending rare rewards.

Resource and Database Checks

Version 1.0 adds Soralite and Paloxite, with Soralite tied to Sunreach and Paloxite tied to the World Tree. Because these resources feed new crafting and building content, treat World Tree scouting as both a combat objective and a material route.

  • Open Materials before a long run so item names, categories, and related links are one click away.
  • Open Map to check exploration layers, nearby routes, resources, and boss preparation paths.
  • Open the Pal explorer if your current team cannot survive tower-style pressure and needs better element coverage.

Do Not Treat This as a Casual Sightseeing Trip

The World Tree is one of the hardest 1.0 objectives. Treat each attempt as a prepared endgame route: stabilize supplies, set a combat plan, and confirm the current map layer before leaving base.

Final Readiness Pass

Do one last pass through your team, gear, food, repair materials, ammo, fast travel points, and base output before entering endgame content. The World Tree route is easier when every supporting system is already stable.

  • Review the Pal explorer if your current party is fragile and needs better combat or mount options.
  • Review Materials if Soralite, Paloxite, or late-game crafting blocks progress.
  • Review Breeding if your team still needs better passives or Mutation batches.
